Updating MEDPROS

  • Any Active Duty Soldier who is currently amber or red on their MEDPROS may come directly to the main lab. We will order the test for you. You do not need to see a doctor first.
  • Once your sample has been collected you will be given a signed SF600 (Chronological Record of Medical Care). This will be your proof of having you the lab completed.
  • You will take this form to your S1 to update your MEDPROS.

Military Physicals

  • You must be in PTs or Military Uniform. Civilian clothes are not authorized.
  • You must be fasting for at least 12 hours prior to having your labs drawn.
  • Drink plenty of water while fasting.
  • A urine sample will be required.
  • Once blood and urine samples have been collected, lab personnel will sign off on your folder.
