The Warrior and Family Recovery Center (TBI) provide a team approach centered on you, in which you hold the key to your success. We teach Traumatic Brain Injury (Brain Injury/Concussion) patients lifelong skills through interdisciplinary treatment and encouragement in order to foster our patients’ ability to better manage their own symptoms and improve their quality of life. The WFRC/TBI clinic has the staffing, services and technology to help you live life to the fullest.

Who Can Be Referred Here


  • Active Duty (military spouses, adult dependents and retirees on a space available basis)
  • Speech Language Pathology is available for referrals for all Active Duty, Family members and Retirees.

Referral Process


Providers may refer Patients for TBI care by selecting “TBI Family Practice” in order for them to be screened by the PA and consulted to other disciplines as necessary.


Providers may refer Patients for Speech Language Pathology services by selecting “TBI Speech” to consult directly to the Speech Language Pathologist.
