Download the PDF document below. After reviewing the material, take an online quiz at this link. Send an e-mail indicating your test date and score to Public Health Food Handlers. Attach a screen shot of the score page. Public Health will e-mail you a printable food handlers card within five business days. You can also bring a hard copy of your results page to Environmental Health, Caldwell Clinic, 7665 Normandy Dr., Fort Riley.
Pharmacy Self-Care Program
The Self-Care program allows beneficiaries with an OTC Self-Care card to request up to three over-the-counter medicine items per eligible family member, per month. Some of these medications include Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Mucinex, Ibuprofen, Loratadine (Claritin), sunscreen and many others.
Read the OTC Drug Therapy slides. After reviewing the slides, take the Self-Care Online OTC Quiz. Bring a copy of your passing test results to obtain an OTC medication card. For patient safety, the Pharmacy team may advise individuals to schedule an appointment with their provider.
Privacy Act & HIPAA Privacy
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Privacy Act training is required of all Defense Health Agency (DHA) civilian, military, and contractor personnel. The DHA Privacy and Civil Liberties Office (Privacy Office) is responsible for the development and availability of a merged course that offers specialized training unique to the Military Health System (MHS).
The mandatory HIPAA and Privacy Act training course must be completed within 30 days of on-boarding and annually, thereafter. The course is accessible via Joint Knowledge Online (JKO).
